Upcoming Programmes

The next Group Weight Release Programme is due to start in mid-March 2008.

The programme lasts 12 weeks, and each session is around two-and-a-half hours. Additionally, the cost of the programme includes a one hour individual session on the telephone with one of our practitioners before the main programme starts.

Participants will be expected to complete pre-session preparation tasks, including prior to the first session. Details of the first pre-session task will be emailed or posted to you as required.

Each Group Programme can accommodate a maximum of 20 participants.

Cost of the Group Programme is £220 per person inclusive of weekly session fees, your individual session with our practitioner and all course materials, and there are some FREE places available - please see below.
