Individual Programmes

As an alternative to the Group Weight Release Programme we also offer an Individual Weight Release Programme.

Unlike the Group Programmes, these Individual Programmes are not time-limited but can continue for as long or as little as you feel that you need. Sessions are still two-and-a-half hours each, but are conducted at our Consulting Rooms at East Worlington rather than in the group setting.

Participants will be expected to complete pre-session preparation tasks, including prior to the first session. Details of the first pre-session task will be emailed or posted to you as required.

Cost of the Individual Weight Release Programme is £187.50 per session, payable in advance. This is charged at our standard rate of £75 per hour and includes all course materials and inter-session support.

Individual Weight Release Programmes are tailored exactly to you, taking account of your individual needs and preferences. No two individual programmes will be the same.
